Barrel Gin - 'The Confidant'

In the still of 2020, our Classic Dry was placed in Sherry sodden American Oak Barrels. Following 10 months of maturation, the result was a retainment of our Classic Dry’s botanical notes of coriander and pepper with a bold, incredibly smooth taste.
The Confidant is best consumed over ice, however the addition of Ginger Ale or a subtle Tonic will only add to the flavour.
