HM No 27 is a limited edition product in celebration of Champion Western Bulldogs AFLW player Kirsty Lamb. It’s got a big, full and complex flavour that can knock you out of your socks. HM No 27 Lamby has lemon and lime as the dominant flavours. We also use French oak in the process so the Gin has some of that woody flavour and colour. Goes great with ginger ale as a mixer.
