Australian Dry Gin

Created by the owners of The Barber Shop in Sydney Australia, winners of Gin Bar of the Year 2016 - 2018. Traditional London Dry style botanicals with a few Australian natives thrown into the mix, predominantly native citrus, which makes for a delicious citrusy martini.

Aroma: Juniper-forward followed by sherbet-like citrus and herbal notes.

Flavour: Rounded and complex with juicy citrus, delicate herbal and aniseed notes leading into a lingering, slightly earthy finish.

Texture: Delicate Or smooth with great length that coats the palate and helps lengthen the finish.
