A limited edition bottling of The One from The Lakes Distillery, which has enjoyed a finishing period in a combination of first fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, imparting oodles of dried fruit notes, with a good emphasis on spicy Spanish oak. As ever, the blend is brilliantly crafted with the distillery’s own single malt alongside whiskies from across the British Isles. Bottled at 46.6% ABV.

Nose: Dates, sultanas, ginger, earthy peat and polished oak.
Palate: Dark chocolate combines with dates and black pepper, malted barley and hints of cask char.
Finish: Rich dark fruits, creamy sherry, nutty and earthy.
