Nose: A vibrant aroma of ripe green apples, stewed plums, brandy soaked raisins, sticky date pudding and baking spices.
Palate: Dark ripe fruits, figs, dates, black cherries, black apples. There’s treacle toffee and more baking spices.
Finish:Medium to long, creamy sherry and more treacle toffee, red fruits and currants.
