Each bottle takes us 18 months to create and each batch is just 54 bottles. The finger limes take 9 months to grow on our farm and then it takes us 9 months to c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y extract the caviar, deseed it, infuse it so that each pop converts to contain 40% alcohol and then to finally make the finished bottle masterpiece!
