This hand crafted rum is matured in ex-bourbon American Oak casks before further ageing in custom Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso Sherry casks. A lighter and more refined sip than many of the heavy Australian craft rums on the market, it’s a delightful dark spirit for light spirit and whisky lovers alike. Best sipped and savoured or used as the base for your perfect rum cocktail.
