About this product


Born of the union of our No. 8 Dry Gin and vintage Hunter Valley fortified casks, this new era barrel aged gin dances delicately from modern Australian gin through to fortified elegance. Autumn hues accentuate its vibrant colour, while its nose and palate journey from juniper origins through raspberry and candied apple, onto a sherry finish. Best savoured over ice or with elderflower tonic.
Botanicals
Juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamon, apple, raspberry, chamomile and cinnamon.
Maturation
Matured for six weeks in ex-Hunter Valley fortified wine barrels (European Oak).
This bottle is handmade ceramic and once you have finished it don’t throw it away either fill it up with a refill pack or turn it into a vase.
