How we make our Espresso Martini
A favourite on the Transtemporal Express – Cloud Cuckoo’s time-travelling train – our Espresso Martini is a stiff drink that’ll put a little pep in your step. Made with a base of 24-hour cold drip coffee, we then add vodka, coffee liqueur and a dash of simple syrup. Barrels of the solution are then strapped to flamingos, who do laps of the island for no less than 19 minutes. We're not sure why, but this makes all the difference.
