Simple and natural, with just the right acidity and freshness, sweet fruity flavor and crunchy tannin, fresh and vibrant. Medium to full-bodied, showing red to purple, like the color of ruby, infusing the aromas of crisp cherry, strawberry and violet and raspberry, sweet and seductive, with elegant and fresh taste. The quality of high tannin and high acid enhances a decent aging ability to it. It will be aged for three to five years generally, and the feature will regenerate to advance till ten years. After years of storage, it will show a kind of red like mahogany. Elegant wine with strong taste, layered and well balanced tannins in finish.
