Riberry rimming sugar:
Australian native riberries have a tart and spicy flavour with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Pairs well with spicy, sour or fruity cocktails. Riberries are nutrient-rich, and premium, highly sought-after bush food with an authentic Australian flavour. Ingredients: sugar and native riberry (Syzygium luehmannii) powder.
Wild Rosella rimming sugar:
Wild Rosella is a naturalised tropical hibiscus growing wild across the top end of Australia.  The ruby-red calyx petals have a tart berry and rhubarb flavour. Pairs well with fruity and floral cocktails. Ingredients: sugar and wild rosella flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) powder.
To use:
Pour some Riberry or Rosella sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the glass rim with water, citrus or syrup. Rotate the rim in sugar. Will rim approximately 48 drinks.
