Bush Fruit Garnish Kit

A collection of bush fruits and wild florals to add an Aussie twist to your cocktails and mocktails.
We’ve gathered together some of Australia's unique bush fruits for you to adorn your cocktails or mocktails with the distinctive touch of the Australian bush. Use in place of traditional garnishes.
Ingredients include:
Quandongs (Desert Peach) – a glossy crimson native peach that tastes sweet, sour and salty
Tasmanian Pepper Berries –freeze-dried crunch with a fiery punch
Davidson Plum – reminiscent of tangy rhubarb and imbues a delicate tinge of pink
Sunrise Lime – vibrant yellow with a delicious mandarin cumquat flavour
Desert Lime - like a lime and grapefruit sherbet bomb
Finger lime – refreshing lime with a touch of citrusy tartness
Wild Rosella Flowers – slightly tangy and infuse a pretty touch of pink.
Our ingredients are freeze-dried or air-dried at the point of fresh, so they retain their intense flavours and vibrant colours. They come in a 200ml glass jar with a bamboo lid – definitely a keeper! The Garnish Kit will dress 20 or more glasses depending on how dressy you’re feeling.
Net weight of freeze-dried ingredients is 25g. Made in Australia with 100% Australian ingredients.
