The Bush Botanical Gin Kit featuring the Peppered Devil and Bush Berry botanical blends, contains everything you need to transform vodka (not included with the kit) into your very own artisan gin imbued with the wonderful flavours of Australian bush botanicals.
The kit comes with:

- String tie box containing two pouches of organic juniper berries.
- Two pouches of Australian bush botanical blends with the following botanical line-up: The Peppered Devil – a taste of the Australian bush with a devilish bite, featuring coriander, Tasmanian pepper berries, cardamom, Tasmanian pepper berry leaf, strawberry bush, wattleseed, sweet cinamell, anise myrtle. Bush Berry – a combination of Australian bush berries and fragrant florals, featuring coriander, Tasmanian pepper berries, muntries (emu apples), wild rosella flower, Davidson plum, strawberry gum, Tasmanian lavender.
The cold compound gin-making method simply involves immersing juniper and botanicals into vodka. It's a super easy process that takes 36 hours and it produces a flavoursome gin infused with the remarkable flavours and colours of Australian native botanicals. The kit provides juniper and botanicals for you to create 2 x 700ml bottles of gin.
Please note that 2 x 700ml bottles of vodka will need to be purchased separately to make the gin. The kit uses eco-conscious packaging, including home compostable pouches.
