The Premium Gin Kit featuring the All Tasmanian and Wild Citrus botanical blends contains the ingredients and tools to transform vodka (not included with the kit) into an artisan gin imbued with the wonderful flavours of Australian bush botanicals.
The kit comes with:
- A tuck flap box containing the kit essentials.
- Full set of instructions.
- Washable/reusable filter.
- Two string tie labels to personalise your gin creations 700mL glass bottle.
- Stainless steel funnel.
- Periodic table of Australian bush botanicals as a guide to the native plants used in our products.
- A jar of freeze-dried bush botanical garnishes (ingredients include quandongs (desert peach), wild rosella flowers, Tasmanian pepper berries, sunrise lime, desert lime, muntries (emu apples) and Davidson plum).
- A string tie box containing two pouches of organic juniper berries & two pouches of Australian bush botanical blends with the following botanical line-up: The All Tasmanian – Tasmanian natives or Tasmanian grown, featuring Tasmanian pepper berries, Tasmanian green tea, Tasmanian pepper berry leaf, kunzea, native thyme, sea parsley, wild lettuce, lemon tea tree, Tasmanian lavender, black truffle. Wild Citrus – wild lime and native citrusy herbs, featuring coriander, Tasmanian pepper berries, sunrise lime chips, desert lime chips, strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, lemon tea tree.
The cold compound gin-making method simply involves immersing juniper and botanicals into vodka. It's a super easy process that takes 36 hours and it produces a flavoursome gin infused with the remarkable flavours and colours of Australian native botanicals. The kit provides juniper and botanicals for you to create 2 x 700mL bottles of gin.
Please note that 2 x 700mL bottles of vodka will need to be purchased separately to make the gin. The kit uses eco-conscious packaging, including home compostable pouches.
