Wine Profile:
Chardonnay: Pale straw yellow in colour with green hues. Complex aromas of white and yellow peach, nectarine along with lightly toasted oak elements are followed by citrus blossom and subtle spice notes. An elegant and fresh palate of stone fruit and citrus against a back drop of fresh biscuit, oak spice and textural midpalate richness. Excellent vibrancy and length, with balanced acidity and a long savoury finish.
Shiraz: Dark Crimson red with bright purple hues. Intense aromas of fresh mulberries, blackberries and dark plums along with lifted French oak influence. A palate revealing complex layers of blood plum, blackberry, liquorice along with dark chocolate and exotic spice oak characters. Soft and supple fruit tannins are partnered with fine grained French oak, adding palate length and structure to the deep core of concentrated fruit.
