Pinot Grigio: Straw with pale green highlights. The nose offers up an abundance of pear, citrus flower, Feijoa, wildflower honey and lifted jasmine notes.The palate displays intense flavours of Nashi pear, green apple, Feijoa and ginger spice interwoven. The entry on the palate is refreshing and lively before opening with bright apple acidity and subtle texture. These layers of complexity are balanced by a crisp persistent finish. 
Pinot Noir: Ripe characters of bright cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and blood plum are enhanced by whole bunch characters and lifted French oak char and spice aromatics. The palate is vibrant, layered and complex. Dark cherry, blood plum and raspberry characters dominate with underlying nuances of spice and beautifully integrated French oak. Fine, light tannins provide classic varietal structure and length and lead to an elegant, persistent finish.
