The Dupuch wine in Fronsac - one of the hidden wines of the appellation. Often subdued in its early years; you will definitely find more exuberant Fronsacs for drinking over the next five years, but this is in for the long haul and has lots to recommend it in its bilberry fruits and rosemary spice.

Located in Fronsac, the soil here is mainly limestone. The 2018 Tour du Moulin is made of 80% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, with a 3.54 pH and 14.6% alcohol. Deep garnet-purple colored, it gives up vibrant notes of wild blueberries, Morello cherries and fresh black raspberries with touches of unsmoked cigars, sautéed herbs and crushed rocks. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers bags of bright black and blue fruits with soft, rounded tannins and great freshness, finishing savory.
