Fruit from the Yertabulti and Provis vineyards (450-500m elevation), whole-berry ferment, on skins for 10 days, matured for 15 months in tank and oak. Blackcurrant, plums and choc mint here; the fruit is bright, but the tannins pull tight, like belay lines across the tongue. Otherwise – plush and concentrated.
