Our Hentyfarm Pinot Gris is a story about an amazing Region, similar to Alsace in Northern France it typically produces beautiful restrained flavours. Hentyfarm was lucky to be able to find fruit in 2025 vintage as growing conditions were difficult across a lot of South Eastern Australia Winemaker Ray has done it again, using skin contact fermentation and some barrel work. The style is in keeping with our wines with a clean textured finish. Colour: Stunning Amber Rose blush colour Bouquet: Stone fruits with slight hints of pineapple Palate: Bright and fresh with ripe peach and a finish of lemon pith, crunchy acid and a well balanced finish Cellaring: This wine is great for summer drinking, cold and fresh with chilli snacks and Asian style dishes.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A pale, bright green gold. Aromas of corella pear, apple skin and a little grapefruit can all be found on this gently textured and very nicely balanced wine. It's drier than the '23 and better for it. Finishes pithy and long.
