The Pink Lady cocktail takes a twist on the classic ‘White Lady’ cocktail by incorporating Lilly Pilly and Finger Lime elements.

Manly Spirits Lilly Pilly Pink Gin 200ml
Steinbok Triple Sec 50mL
Finger Lime Extract 10mL
Fresh Lemon Juice 245mL
Dehydrated citrus
Please note you will need a cocktail shaker for this pack

Making the cocktails ourselves was a really great activity. The cocktails themselves were fantastic and all the individual ingredients were of a very high quality (I especially liked the finger lime extract)

I am such a huge fan of Australian native ingredients. The way this cocktail balanced and incorporated Lilly Pilly and Finger Lime was just amazing. A must try.
