Milk Chai Bock 375mL

Milk Chaibock is a traditional Doppelbock infused with classic Indian milk chai flavours, creating a very unconventional mash up! Munich malts, rye and a dash of roasted malt build the dark base, to which we add Perle and Hallertauer for a rounded, fruity bitterness. We’ve fermented with a German lager yeast for a clean, crisp profile, to which we add chai tea for a complex mix of warming spices and vanilla, adding a sweetness on the finish.
