At Dark City Foundry our single origin Ethiopian decaf beans go through a Mountain Water Process to decaffeinate the coffee without the use of harsh chemicals while preserving the amazing flavour.
As heat is not used at any part in the cold drip coffee process, we can successfully extract a sweeter flavour from the coffee bean. You won’t be tasting any bitterness that’s for sure.
What you do get is lovely, delicious flavours that linger on your palate and work perfectly in a decaf espresso martini.
