This wine sings without shrill, and sings a pure and true voice of Sauvignon Blanc, as if it were a new discovery to us, hitherto untasted or smelled, awaiting our arrival.Rain-water fresh and quick-slick, like polished steel. The texture is super-clean and races to a pert and revivifying finish, leaving you with a tangy aftertaste of juicy wild green fruit and hints of salt and minerals. This white wine revitalises.
