Miss Myrtle Gin 500mL

Rough Honey Myrtle (Melaleuca scabra) was discovered in full purple flower by our head distiller whilst walking the HHH property. It adds a distinct yet subtle honey flavour to the contemporary Miss Myrtle gin, complementing the classic juniper notes.  Our head distiller enjoys this gin with less tonic than the others in the stable, and slice of cucumber, lime or a sprig of Spanish Thyme won't go amiss.
Miss Myrtle is crafted in a signature HHH copper still in the heart of the Bickley Valley in Western Australia.
