Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot GrisPairs well with ChickenOur 2019 vintage Pinot Gris from the cool climate region of Hilltops, New South Wales is a pale straw in colour. The nose carries lifted notes of tinned pears and musk, whilst on the palate rich fruit tones with hints of pear and honey dominate on a balanced acid backbone. Good length and a generous mouthfeel complete this wine.
Our 2019 vintage Pinot Gris from the cool climate region of Hilltops, New South Wales is a pale straw in colour. Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
