About this product

Handpicked and sorted, gently destemmed and whole berry fermented in an open vat with minimal interference to preserve the personality of the vineyard. Pressed and matured for 10 months in new and old French barriques with minimal filtration before blending and bottling.Dark cherries, blood plums and red currants with a hint of violets and earthy spice. The palate is vibrant and soft with silky tannins swirling around dark berries and dried herbs that slide gracefully towards a complex and beguiling finish.
