Hand sorted, whole bunch pressed and fermented spontaneously in a mix of new and old oak barriques. Matured on lees for ten months with each barrel carefully selected for its unique contribution to the overall blend.
Intense citrus aromas of lemon rind and grapefruit with hints of crushed nuts and nectarine. White peach and creamed honey on the palate, woven around a tight acid core that culminates in an intense and textural nish.
