OcttavaPiano 2019 Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula
About this product
Handpicked, meticulously sorted and whole bunch pressed. Spontaneously fermented in a mix of new and old French barriques for savouriness and texture. Matured in oak for 12 months and after a rigorous selection process, only the most exquisite barrels were bottled with no fining and minimal filtration.
Lifted white florals with lemon zest, white peach and hints of exotic cedary spice. The palate is layered and rich with a round and creamy mouthfeel, tight natural acid and a lingering, complex finish.
