Some gentle lees stirring mid ferment and after three weeks, the wines were racked off the gross lees and matured in old casks for 8 months.
Fresh strawberry, juicy cranberry and sour cherry with a hint of rustic savouriness and a dash of cream. The palate is soft and fine, with a scattering of rose petals that meander towards a crisp and elegant finish.
