Spy ValleyMarlborough Sauvignon Blanc
About this product
Spy Valley is located in the Waihopai Valley, Marlborough where premium Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown on alluvial stony silt loams, which are very well-drained. The wine displays lifted floral notes of grapefruit and white peach, leading to distinctive flavours of passionfruit and sweet lime intermingled with layers of minerality. The mid-palate is rich and textured with mouth-watering acidity.
