It is a delicious textural dry white wine, made by blending 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Grigio and 5% Pinot Blanc The wine has a beautiful light golden colour, with a complex aroma of ripe fruit, and an aftertaste of fine honey notes with spices. The fruit filled palate is balanced with ample but delicate accents of oak imparted through 6 months aging in French Barriques. The acidity is well defined and carries the flavours through to a remarkable finish. Serve chilled. Ideal with rich flavoured poultry of seafood dishes.
