Originally crafted as a feature in our experimental Hyperseasonal range, Tickled Pink Gin quickly earned its place as a permanent favourite.
Starting with our Australian Dry Gin fresh off the still, we steep a punnet and a half of ripe Aussie strawberries in every single bottle. The berries macerate for two weeks, naturally infusing the gin with their vibrant colour, rich aromatics, and subtle sweetness, while also naturally diluting it down to perfect bottling strength.
The result is a complex, fruit-forward gin that’s bursting with fresh strawberry character and underpinned by complex native botanicals. Ideal for refreshing long drinks, spritzes, or as a standout cocktail base.
