The original recipe for tonic water. This is the oldest written recipe for tonic water, this is full of citrus freshness with lemons, limes, oranges and lemongrass. Whilst most modern tonic water is made with synthetic quinine which in turn gets covered up by huge amounts of sugar, ours is made with quinine from its natural source, the bark of the cinchona tree which we source from Ecuador and Italy. In turn our tonic water is almost half the sugar of supermarket brands. This tonic does fantastic work with London dry gins, which were made to go with an aromatic tonic like this.
