Our bitter orange tonic is in fact the oldest recorded recipe for tonic water - this is where it started! Out Tasmanian Pepperberry and Lemon Myrtle is an Australian native bush tonic. Chamomile and Earl Grey just gives you the teste of honey and is perfect in cocktails. Hibiscus and Fresh Ginger is super earthy and gives you just a hint of warmpth from a subtle ginger flavour at the end.
Made as a syrup, this gives you more in the bottle - just add soda water, ans gives you back the power to control the strength.
These tonics don't even need the gin - they can be enjoyed on their own as a perfect grown up non-alcoholic drink.
