Hand-picked, open fermented and basket pressed to mature in seasoned French and American oak for 18 months. A true reflection of the vintage in a medium to full bodied style of Barossa Shiraz with traditional oak balanced with palate juciness. Dark, rich and vibrant in colour, with notes of red and black forest fruits, chocolate and mocha coffee. Finishing with warm, soft chocolate, touch of oak spice and perfectly chalky tannins. A wine that will cellar extremely well.
