The Laiba Sour
Inspired by the traditional Whiskey Sour, the LAIBA Sour builds on the roots of its predecessor by providing you with a cocktail made from the traditional foundations of spirits, citrus and sugar that started in the mid-1800s. The LAIBA Sour is a sure favourite amongst many.
Whiskey and lemon provide the bitter base for this version of the cocktail, before blending it with nutmeg and hazelnut infused salted caramel and apple puree. The bitters provide an extra punch for the sour taste but an equally sweet finish due to the rich apple flavour.
For extra smoothness, we recommend shaking it with egg white for a creamy, indulgent cocktail and garnishing with a lemon peel on top to release the mouthwatering aromas.
