The Cambrian Shiraz was grown in the red soil north of Heathcote. Hand-picked and open fermented; this Shiraz was aged in new and old French oak for 18 months.
The nose displays a deep concentration of black cherry, dark plum, violets and liquorice. In the mouth the concentration continues with layers of dark fruit and sweet baking spice.
