Henty Pinot Gris 2016

This Henty Pinot Gris is a opulent expression of finesse, power and structure. Parcels of Pinot Gris were chosen for their flavour intensity, expression of vineyard character and mineral acidity. Traditional winemaking techniques were used including wild fermentation in older French oak followed by a period of maturation on lees. This Pinot Gris will age beautifully over the next 5 — 8 years.
