The Ramsbury Single Estate Distillery lies in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, in South West England. The Estate's own vodka is the base of the spirit, creating a crisp, full-bodied London Dry Gin, which is distilled from winter grown Horatio wheat in the Estates own fields.
Redistilled with nine botanicals, including classic juniper infused with the floral tones of fresh quince grown in the grounds of the distillery, with the addition ofcinnamon, liquorice, oris root, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel and angelica.
The result isa London Dry Gin with a modern twist, complex but balanced. A truly sustainable farm to bottle experience. Enjoy in our signature G&T, with a slice of green appleand a slice of lime.
