Golden caramel with copper tinges, with burnt toffee with citrus zest, marmalade and fairy floss on the nose. Extended barrel maturation has added cashew and roasted nuts to the palate. Fruit cake, orange rind and caramel meld into the rich and silky mouthfeel. The finish of the wine is sweet and intense with some complex floral and toffee flavours
