Chateau YaldaraReserve Shiraz 2016
About this product
The 2016 Shiraz is dark purple in colour with red brick development showing on the edge of your glass. This is followed with aroma’s of dark fruited tones with forest floor notes, olive tapenade and dusty french oak. On your palate expect to see classic Barossa Valley Shiraz, dark plums, blackcurrent, cocoa powder and dusty tannins melding to a spice and black pepper feel. A rich and enveloping wine with a pleasing acid drive to finish.

Vintage 2016
94 points
The generosity of the 2016 season is well articulated in this deep, dark and full expression of black fruits and coal steam, well supported by the dark chocolate and strong, fine tannins of both French and American oak. Well engineered, it has the chassis for medium-term development
