Passaro Cachaça Artesanal, is a Brazilian spirit made from fresh sugarcane juice. Produced on a farm in the small city of Araxa, Minas Gerais.
Crafted to provide an authentic taste of Brazil's highest quality cachaça to deliver a clean & smooth spirit, versatile and ideal for a variety of cocktails & mixes.
The uniqueness of the raw material (fresh sugarcane juice) gives cachaça a wide characteristic aroma and flavour profile.
Use Passaro in Tiki inspired cocktails, replace the base spirit on your favourite classic or play around with different ingredients and make a unique cachaça cocktail.
