Carn Mor Strictly Limited 7 Year Old (Inchgower 2016) — From family‑owned independent bottlers Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, the Carn Mor Strictly Limited range showcases single cask character from some of Scotland’s finest distilleries; this 7‑year‑old was distilled at Inchgower in 2016 and fully matured in a pair of first‑fill ex‑Sherry butts, then bottled at 47.5% ABV with no chill‑filtration and no added colour, preserving the natural oils and proteins that deliver authentic, undiluted flavour — only 1,639 bottles were released.
