Aultmore 2012 9YO Scotch Malt Whisky 700mL

This 9 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 at the Speyside Aultmore distillery. the whisky was fully matured in ex-bourbourbon barrels. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1128 bottles were produced.


A lively, bright and fruity malt of green apples and vanilla custard notes, with building drying ginger spice on the finish that leaves the palate refreshed but wanting more. The whisky has a mouth-coating oily texture, which presumably adds to the length of the finish (long) significantly.
