Clarity is our award winning modern Australian gin. Our base spirit is distilled in-house from Queensland grapes and wine. The enticingly complex aroma is led by juniper and citrus then meanders through to floral notes of lavender and local bottlebrush. Locally foraged lemon myrtle provides mid palate freshness after which is a spicy, long finish of cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg and star anise notes. The palate is silky smooth and belies its 42% ABV strength.
