Evoi2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
About this product
Winemaking:
The grapes for this wine were handpicked and fermented as small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques and tank, to finish primary and malolactic ferment. After maturation for a further 12 months the wine was bottled and left for a period to gain complexity with bottle age.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of bright cassis and blueberry are supported by plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf, and cocoa notes. The palate is complex and velvety, with the fruit and savoury notes balanced with a seamless finish of ripe tannins and integrated French oak.
