Liqueur—a decadent liqueur crafted from locally roasted macadamia and native wattle seed.
This pioneering process infuses the whisky with an unparalleled complexity. The nose is a rich bouquet of butterscotch, freshly roasted coffee, and dark chocolate. On the palate, a luxurious, velvety texture reveals sumptuous notes of buttery macadamia and milk chocolate, balanced by delicate hints of dried apricot and a surprising burst of orange marmalade.
