Crafted from the finest Scottish barley, this whisky embarked on a remarkable journey, crossing oceans
to find its resting place in the rainforest hinterland near the sun-soaked shores of Byron Bay. Here, under
the watchful eye of our master distillers, it has been twice distilled, then carefully aged in ex-bourbon
casks. The result is a whisky that captures the very essence of its origins—a fusion of tradition,
innovation, and serendipity.
As you pour your first dram, you will discover a symphony of flavours—notes of charred white peach,
maple, and shortbread, intertwined with the delicate peated smoke that echoes a winter’s day by the
