Daring Dry Australian Vermouth 500mL

Led by savoury and light salty notes creating a umami finish, 'Daring Dry' marries organic Sauvignon Blanc with native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme and follows with white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper giving this an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character. At 25gms sugar per litre, this is classified as an 'Extra Dry' style. Try pairing it with caper berries, olives, pickles, cucumber, thyme, oregano or sage.
