ManserOne Mad Moment McLaren Vale Shiraz Grenache
About this product
This is the fifth release of this wine drawing shiraz from our Blewitt Springs vineyard sitting on sandy soil offering excellent drainage and resistance to disease and parcels bought in from a wonderful 100 year old Grenache vineyard in McLaren Flat. The vines are 65 and 100 years old respectively producing fruit of uncommon intensity and flavour. 2020 delivered challenging conditions in the ‘Vales’ but these vines were superbly managed and gave us excellent fruit. This wine is flavoursome showing chocolate, spice and a sweet earthy palate finishing with powdery tannins and length. Enjoy now or cellar up to 10 years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Superbly ripe and perfumed with Black Doris plum, blackberry, vanillin oak and cake spice aromas, it's powerful and opulent while remaining supple and harmonious with a lingering velvety finish. Fruit forward and gorgeously flavoursome. At its best: now to 2032. $35.00
